Your Mission

• You will become a brand ambassador, representing the company and our Talent Acquisition Team in all forms of communication - emails, phone calls, meetings and more!
• You will own our talent coordination, providing an excellent candidate experience. No matter if online or on-site, you know how to plan, prepare and organize an interview.
• You will work closelywith your stakeholders, from Talent Acquisition Partners to agencies, and will proactively manage them and their communication.
• You will also be able to further develop your career and project management skills, be it in Employer Branding or Diversity initiatives, we are excited for your input

Your Profile

• You finished your degree, internship or working student job and want to kick-start your career in HR (or as we call it: People).
• You consider organization as one of your biggest strengths no matter if it’s a team project, acompany event or your own calendar.
• You know how to be empathic and professional at the same time and can easily approach new people.
• You are not scared by Excel, numbers and data, they give you amazing insights you enjoy learning from.
• You are eager to learnand value constructive feedback. You are fluent in English and German (as our team is bilingual).

• 1.000€ gross/month for an internship of up to three months. 1.664€ gross/month for an internship of more than three months
