Project Manager (m/w/d) Automotive, Würzburg

Für unseren Auftraggeber, ein internationales Unternehmen der Automobilzulieferindustrie mit ca. 600 Mitarbeitern und 2 Standorten, suchen wir für den Standort im Raum Würzburg eine Projektleiter (m/w/d) in unbefristeter Festanstellung mit folgenden Aufgaben:

Role:

• Manage and guarantee the project development and its implementation in plant form nomination until SOP + 6 months, within the QCDP objectives
• Responsible for the objectives of cos, quality, lead time, project margin and profitability of parts
• Build and manage the internal and external project schedule (in client format) and ensure the progress of the tasks and the respect of deadlines
• Make decisions and manage the project team (functional links to Project Pilots, Sales Department, Engineering, Molds Design, Logistics, Trials and Quotation Departments)
• Ensure the exchange of information with the customer and negotiate the actions to be implemented
• Choose the best solution in terms of QCDP in case of problems to solve
• Organize the transfer of the project in the factory by managing in particular the interface between the technical centre and the factory
• Provide reporting to the PMC

Profile:

• Five years in higher education or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in project management in automotive environment
• Good knowledge of automotive development procedures and dealing with customer requirements
• Strong command of English
• German fluent
