• We review and manage SAP sales orders to ensure correctness, completeness, and proper configuration.
• We communicate aligned sales order configurations to sales teams worldwide in a clear and structured manner.
• We create, update, and adjust production plans in SAP based on approved sales order configurations.
• We collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and consistent information flow.
• We identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies or configuration issues in sales orders.
• We maintain accurate documentation and records of sales order processes and changes.
