Intern RTM Excellence & Performance (m/w/d) - Munich

Salary: 22.500 - 30.000 € per year

• We require a university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a similar field.
• We are looking for first experience in Supply Chain, Performance Management, or Analytics; experience in FMCG is a plus.
• We require strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• We value a high level of business curiosity and ownership.
• We need someone who is structured, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including modeling and data handling, are required.
• Good knowledge of Power BI is required.
• Interest in further developing data and analytics capabilities is important.
• Fluent English skills are required; German is an advantage.

• We ensure data consistency, automation, and reliability across all performance tracking.
• We develop, maintain, and continuously improve Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• We translate data into actionable insights to improve service levels and operational efficiency.
• We track, analyze, and communicate Route-to-Market KPIs such as OTIF, DPD, and cost-to-serve.
• We collaborate with relevant stakeholders on KPI performance and define and track action plans.
• We provide analytical support for Route-to-Market optimization, including flows, networks, and delivery models.
• We contribute to business cases and scenario analyses to optimize cost-to-serve.
