This is what you can do

• Organize, lead and follow-up CCBs (Change Control Boards)
• Track and report changes from their creation, through their evaluation until their implementation
• Set-up and implement program change management in close cooperation with Engineering configuration management, hereby setting up needed documents (e.g. change mgt plans) and processes
• Improve existing processes, methods and tools
• Support budget planning process related to the implementation of changes
• Regularly report change management status to VP Programs, Program Directors and Lead PMO

You?ll bring this with you

• Work in the multi-functional PM Office team of specialists for costs/budget, risk management and planning
• Show initiative, resilience, persuasiveness, and negotiation skills when implementing the change process towards the functional stakeholders of the organisation
• Ability to drive changes from creation, through assessment to implementation
• Process-driven but also out-of-the-box thinking to improve the existing processes, methods and tools
• Ability to work in a VUCA environment
