You will join our HR team, responsible for keeping our employees engaged and happy, and will be reporting directly to our HR Business Partner in the Munich office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support with all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into the HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
• Support on maintenance and management of the HR information system Personio
• Create surveys, coordinate feedback discussions, create and evaluate KPIs
• Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations
• Help organize training & development initiatives as well as team events

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled in university in a relevant degree program such as Business Administration, Law, Communications or Organizational Psychology
• Comfortable learning new things, technical systems in particular, as needed
• Fluent in English and German – written and spoken
