For an internationally operating company within the event and live production industry, we are looking for an IT Support & Citrix Administrator (m/f/d) to support the local Kerpen site while working closely with an international IT organization. This is a hybrid role between IT support, systems administration and operational infrastructure support. You will be the primary on site IT contact for the location while still being connected to a global IT team via Microsoft Teams and international collaboration structures. A large part of the environment is built around logistics, equipment handling, warehouse operations and internal rental processes. Stable IT operations are business critical and especially the Citrix environment plays a major role in keeping operational workflows running smoothly. Your Responsibilities Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for local users Act as the primary on site IT contact for the Kerpen location Support and maintain Microsoft 365 workplace environments Administer Windows clients, user accounts and mobile devices Support and troubleshoot Citrix based environments and virtualized applications Ensure stable access to internal warehouse, logistics and rental management systems Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network related issues Support onboarding and offboarding processes Coordinate with external vendors and service providers Assist with IT rollouts, infrastructure improvements and technical projects Maintain documentation and ticketing processes Work closely with international IT colleagues in English speaking environments Tech Environment Microsoft 365 Windows 10 / 11 Entra ID / Active Directory Citrix Virtualization technologies Azure fundamentals Client & Device Management Hybrid infrastructure Network basics Mobile device support Warehouse and operational system environments What You Should Bring Completed IT related education or comparable technical background Initial experience within IT support, workplace administration or infrastructure support Good understanding of Microsoft environments Practical exposure to Citrix is highly important Interest in hybrid support and administration responsibilities Ability to work independently and prioritize operational topics Hands-on mentality and pragmatic problem solving approach Comfortable working as the main on site IT contact person German and English skills are highly appreciated Structured and reliable working style You do not need to know everything from day one.
