To expand our footprint in the Middle East , we are looking for an experienced, well-connected Sales Manager (f/m/d) who understands workspace trends, has deep industry contacts, and is excited to grow with a European innovation brand in the region. Tasks Drive B2B sales and lead market entry efforts for TISCH across the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.) Build strong relationships with clients such as office planners, architects, furniture distributors, real estate developers, coworking operators, and corporate buyers Develop and implement sales strategies for the region Identify new business opportunities, verticals, and reseller channels Represent TISCH at industry events and trade shows in the region Act as the voice of the market internally, contributing insights to product and marketing Requirements 2+ years of experience in B2B sales – preferably in furniture, office equipment, smart building tech, or workspace solutions Strong network across commercial real estate, workplace design, or facility management in the Middle East Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-driven attitude Willingness to travel and work independently in a dynamic, international environment Benefits A unique and design-driven smart desk solution with high market potential A direct role in shaping our international market entry Close collaboration with the founding team in Germany Flexible work setup (remote-first, with regional presence) Attractive performance-based compensation Opportunity to grow into a regional leadership role You’re passionate about smart workspace solutions, innovation, and market development?
