Intern RTM Excellence & Performance (m/w/d), Frankfurt am Main

Salary: 22.500 - 30.000 € per year

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a similar field
• First experience in Supply Chain, Performance Management, or Analytics; FMCG experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• High level of business curiosity and ownership
• Structured, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including modeling and data handling
• Good knowledge of Power BI
• Interest in further developing data and analytics capabilities
• Fluent English skills; German is an advantage

• Ensure data consistency, automation, and reliability across all performance tracking
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
• Translate data into actionable insights to improve service levels and operational efficiency
• Track, analyze, and communicate Route-to-Market KPIs such as OTIF, DPD, and cost-to-serve
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders on KPI performance and define and track action plans
• Provide analytical support for Route-to-Market optimization, including flows, networks, and delivery models
• Contribute to business cases and scenario analyses to optimize cost-to-serve
