(Part21G and 145 approved) Tasks Your responsibilities will include: Business Development (60%): Actively identify, prospect, and win new business opportunities in the Aerospace industry mainly. You will be expected to travel regularly to meet customers. Key Account Management (40%): Manage and develop relationships with a defined portfolio of existing accounts. We provide comprehensive training on our specific KAM processes and analytical tools. Team Upskilling & Mentorship: A core part of this role is knowledge exchange. While you learn our KAM frameworks, you will coach other team members on BD practices, customer interactions, and negotiation strategies. German Market Expertise: Serve as the primary point of contact for German key players, leveraging your local market knowledge and procurement processes. Profile The ideal candidate will possess: A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 5–8 years experience in sales and business development, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong initiative and the ability to combine technical product understanding with customer‑focused sales . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional-level fluency in German and English is essential.
