Unser Unternehmen entwickelt, produziert und vertreibt molekulardiagnostische Kits zum Nachweis und zur Quantifizierung von RNA- und DNA-Markern. Die Assays unterstützen die Diagnose und Therapie in den Bereichen Onkologie, Hämatoonkologie, Dermatologie und Forensik. Neben kommerziellen Kits bieten wir auch eine kundenspezifische Entwicklung und Herstellung von Assays für die molekulare Diagnostik an. Diese können für verschiedene Plattformen entworfen werden und wir realisieren Projekte in jedem Stadium der Produktentwicklung, vom Prototyp über RUO bis hin zu CE-IVD. Das Unternehmensziel besteht darin Kunden wie Laboren, Pharma- und Diagnostikunternehmen sichere und robuste molekulargenetische Tools zur Verfügung zu stellen.

AsProduct Manager you are responsible for the development, marketing and maintenanace of molecular genetic products for our proprietary platform.

Your Tasks:

• Implement and coordinate product developments from product idea to the product launch
• Establish business plans and case reports
• Develop and execute market entry- and product sales strategies in coordination with global sales
• Create and provide product-related marketing material
• Lead and coordinate key projects and represent the company as wells as the productline at congresses, webinars etc.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in product management in molecular diagnostics, optimally in the field of oncology and/or companion diagnostics
• Completed biology/biochemistry/molecular biology/biomedical studies (Dipl./Msc./PhD) or similar study/education in natural science or medicine
• Goal-oriented attitude, an analytical mindset and the ability to work effectively with an interdisciplinary team is a prerequisite
• Ambitious, intrinsically motivated and efficient work attitude pairedwith strong problem-solving skills are characteristics that fit to us
• Experience to work in a regulated environment under ISO 13485 and 9001
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in German and English
• Willingness to travel on business
