Your Responsibilites

Within 1 quarter

• You build relationships and trust with key external and internal stakeholders, especially to your COO
• You unblock our COO’s calendar, handle internal and external requests and organize internal and external meetings to stay several steps ahead and maintain efficiency
• You demonstrate a highly organised approach to managing multiple stakeholders and correspondents

Within 1 year

• You have the ability to host meetings in the absence of the COO
• You identify prospects (investors and clients) and interact with key stakeholders
• You run and compile market analyses and take part in business development activities
• You build and drive effective solutions well ahead to keep focusing our mid-term business objectives
• You are a trusted advisor to our COO and participate in his travels

And then, what's next?

• You are part of an international expansion and become a strategic advisor to our COO with all insights you have gathered
• You take over more responsibilities and leverage from the company’s rapid growth, e.g. managing others

Your Profile

• You have a university degree, are an experienced Executive Assistant (m/f/d) or have worked at a top-tier consulting firm or venture capital before
• You take initiative to learn and ability to work independently
• You are business-minded, self-motivated and highly skilled at multitasking and prioritizing
• You show the ability to maintain confidentiality while managing highly sensitive material with the utmost professionalism
• You are able to represent our company and the team in a professional way to people outside the company
• You have the ability to master the art of attention to detail, quick problem-solving and extremely fast execution
• You are able to independently prioritize various challenges
• You are a trustworthy partner who can oversee different company perspective
• You are a super-strong communicator, have strong relationship skills and excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in German and English
• You have advanced proficiency in G-Suite applications and other tools like PitcH
